01 General Provisions

kg1971 is a platform providing online gaming and live casino services in Bangladesh. These terms apply to Bangladeshi users and may be amended at any time.

In this document, "kg1971", "we", "our" refers to the organisation that operates the kg1971 platform. "User", "you", "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

03 Account Registration

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• If multiple accounts are to be opened from the same household or address, our support team must be informed in advance.
• Transferring, selling or leasing an account is prohibited.
• Managing an account on behalf of another person or using third-party funds is prohibited.

KYC Verification

kg1971 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Any one of the following documents may be required for account verification: National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence. In some cases, proof of address may also be requested.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kg1971 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposit Terms

• Deposited funds must come from the user's own personal account.
• Deposits from a third party or another person's account are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• kg1971 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

kg1971 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which should be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will give a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus may be claimed only once per user.
• Before playing with bonus funds, check the specific terms of the relevant bonus.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple free accounts is strictly prohibited.
• kg1971 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Fair Play Policy

kg1971 is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and audited.

• It is not possible to artificially influence the outcome of any game.
• All game providers are internationally recognised (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe).
• kg1971 uses SSL encryption to keep all data and transactions secure.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, kg1971 has the right to void the relevant bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kg1971 platform. Any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using fraudulent software or bots.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or credit.
• Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

kg1971 may suspend or permanently terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete registration information is provided.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found on the account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

The user will be notified by email before account termination, unless immediate action is required for urgent security reasons. The process for returning any legitimate balance will remain at kg1971's discretion.

• For the user's own betting decisions and their outcomes.

In the event of any technical issue, kg1971 will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, no guarantee of continued service can be given.

11 Responsible Gaming
